I'm worried OVFF will turn people away at the door because they didn't get the message about the vaccination record / testing requirements. People no longer carry up-to-date vaccination cards, so they have to request a printout. No email was sent out to the members to remind them, or to let them know about the option of sending in vaccination records. The concom hasn't done much to stress it on Discord, either on Filkhaven or the OVFF server. I've been reminding people on filknews, but my audience is limited.
