Self-Appraisal Blues

billroperI've now finished my annual self-appraisal and sent it along to my boss. We'll see what he has to say.
I admit that I really don't like the whole self-appraisal process, because it's hard to know exactly what to say in it. So I try for honest.
This is probably better than the extremely candid approach that I've taken on some past occasions. :)
