daisy_knotwise was good enough to let me catch up on a bit of sleep this morning, aided and abetted by the time change. After lunch, I took Katie and Julie to the park to run around while Gretchen packed up the Halloween decorations and put them back in the basement for another year. Then I came home and watched TV with a girl on each arm while Gretchen went out shopping. Julie fell sound asleep, so I suspect we're going to have a few problems getting her to bed tonight. :)

Once Gretchen got home, I ended up sitting on the couch with Julie curled up next to me as I read the new Heinlein biography. I've now gotten through about twelve chapters, which is way above par for reading at home. And in a few minutes, we're going to have to start putting girls to bed.

This should be entertaining.
